1. Order Cancellations

Orders placed on Saravana Print System can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the production process has not yet started.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Customized or personalized print jobs, once approved and moved to production, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We strongly advise reviewing all artwork proofs and details carefully before final confirmation.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. No Refunds for Design/Proofing Services

Charges for design work, setup, and proofing services are non-refundable after service has been delivered or started.
