All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount using your original method of payment.

We currently deliver to addresses within India. For international orders, please contact us directly.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please allow additional time for processing your order during peak seasons.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location. You will see the final shipping cost during checkout or will be informed via confirmation message.

5. Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp with tracking details (if applicable). Most packages are shipped via reliable courier services such as DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, or private logistics based on region and urgency.

6. Delays

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistic issues. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Saravana Print System is not liable for delays beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during delivery or goes missing, please notify us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier service for a resolution and arrange for a reprint or refund where appropriate.
